1. Copyright and Ownership of the Protocol and the Platform

• Ownership of Structure: The code, interface design, trademark (Originalibus), visual systems, financial model, structure of the Protocol, alliances and every element involved are the exclusive property of Maria Magdalena Cejas Gandur and are protected by intellectual property laws based on usage and customs, as well the IAM logo used for the protocol is the personal signature, it cannot be reproduced or imitated, since it will imply a serious identity theft agains the artist.

• Authorized Use: Access to and use of the Platform is governed by the Terms and Conditions of the Originalibus Protocol. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Platform, content, systems, and components is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property of Preserved Content

THE ORIGINALIBUS PROTOCOL ACTS AS A REPOSITORY AND A PRESERVATION AND RETRIEVAL TOOL.

• Content Ownership: Originalibus does not claim intellectual property or copyright over the cultural works (texts, images, audio, videos, etc.) deposited and preserved on the Platform.

• Depositor's Responsibility: The copyrights, licenses, and any other form of intellectual property for the preserved content remain the property of their respective authors, creators, or depositors. By submitting a work, the depositor guarantees that they possess the necessary rights or licenses to authorize its preservation and viewing under the terms agreed upon with Originalibus.

• Licensing and Access: The Platform respects and manages the licenses (e.g., Creative Commons, Public Domain) specified by the depositor at the time of upload. Users' use of the preserved works must strictly adhere to the license assigned to each piece.

3. Disclaimer

• Accuracy and Reliability: Originalibus is committed to maintaining the integrity of data and metadata. However, it does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of content deposited by third parties. Users must exercise their own judgment when utilizing the information and works found on the Protocol.

• Offensive/Infringing Content: The Platform is not responsible for content that third parties may deposit that turns out to be offensive, defamatory, or infringing upon the rights of others.
