Essential Collector’s Legacy Registration

Collector Heritage Registration Package

$2100.00

Collectors understand that value is created through provenance, scarcity, documentation, traceability and continuity. The Collector’s Legacy Registration gives collectors a formal place inside the Originalibus + EHH continuity system, allowing private collections, objects, artworks, archives, photographs, editions, cultural pieces or meaningful items to be registered, certified, traced and digitally registered in NFT format through a specialized external technical provider, with BDF acting as the custodial reference. It is the most dynamic package because, once the collector file is opened, the holder may continue expanding the record through a bimonthly collectible certificate option for selected pieces within the collection.

  16. Future Collector Use
The certificate can be used as a certified collection reference, preserved in private collection records, shared with buyers, galleries, partners or heirs, expanded through certified copies or integrated into future exhibitions, private exchanges, licensing opportunities, collector editions and succession records.

A collection gains strength when its pieces can be identified, documented, traced and connected to a clear story. The Collector’s Legacy Registration gives collectors a living file, not a one-time certificate: it opens a structured path to register, certify, digitally record and expand selected pieces over time, turning private collecting into a documented legacy with continuity, traceability, custodial reference and future use.

The Collector’s Legacy Registration is a tailored package designed around the collector’s specific collection, category, objects, documentation and preservation goals. Each file is individually reviewed and structured according to the material provided, including photographs, provenance records, certificates, acquisition notes, object descriptions, exhibition history or related evidence.

This package includes NFT-based digital registration through a specialized external technical provider, with BDF acting as the custodial reference for supporting documentation and continuity records. Once the package is purchased, the holder will receive an introductory email with the requested information, intake instructions and submission guidelines required to begin the registration process.

Because this is a customized collector file, standard processing time is 10 working days from receipt of the required information, depending on documentation quality, registry agenda, custodial setup and NFT issuance coordination. The bimonthly collectible certificate option may be activated after the initial collector file is opened, subject to review, documentation and programme conditions.
