By accessing this website, purchasing a certificate, submitting materials, or requesting any Originalibus service, the user accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Nature Of Services
Originalibus provides private heritage registration, documentary organization, continuity records, certificates, traceability references, preservation tools, editorial files and, where applicable, NFT-based digital registration through specialized external technical providers.

Originalibus services are patrimonial, documentary, cultural and continuity-oriented. They are designed to help individuals, families, collectors, brands, companies, communities and institutions organize, register, preserve and reference their heritage, memory, archives, objects, stories or trajectories.

2. No Financial Instrument
Originalibus certificates, records and NFT-based registrations are not securities, shares, investment contracts, financial instruments, legal tender, public registry titles, ownership guarantees, insurance products or promises of future appreciation. Any declared value, private exchange, licensing, resale, transfer, institutional use or future recognition depends on documentation, demand, applicable law, market conditions, third-party acceptance and holder decision.

3. User Information And Materials
The user is responsible for providing accurate information, lawful materials, ownership references, authorization to submit documents, photographs, stories, archives, objects or related evidence, and any relevant context required for registration.

Originalibus may decline, pause or request clarification on any submission that appears incomplete, misleading, unlawful, disputed, sensitive or inconsistent with the purpose of the system.

4. Processing Times
All certificates and records are custom-prepared. Standard processing times may vary depending on the package, documentation quality, registry agenda, review process, custodial reference and NFT issuance coordination. Processing time begins after receipt of the required information.

5. NFT-Based Registration
Where applicable, NFT-based registration is issued through a specialized external technical provider. Records may be created within an unlisted private collection and later transferred to the corresponding custodial or holder account. Originalibus does not control third-party blockchain networks, marketplaces, wallet providers, gas fees, platform rules or external technical failures.

6. Custodial Reference
BDF may act as a documentary custodial reference for selected records. This function supports continuity, evidence organization and traceability. It does not replace courts, notaries, public authorities, official registries, intellectual property offices or legal title systems.

7. Intellectual Property And Use Of Materials
The user retains ownership of the materials submitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing. By submitting materials, the user grants Originalibus permission to review, organize, process, format and use such materials only for the purpose of preparing the purchased service, certificate, record, file, registry or related deliverable.

Public use, publication, promotional use or exhibition of submitted materials requires separate authorization, unless the user has expressly requested public display, marketplace listing or publication.

8. Deliverables
Deliverables depend on the package purchased and may include certificates, registry numbers, traceability references, short origin files, custody references, digital files, printable formats, preservation kits, intake forms, digital folder structures, continuity instructions and NFT-based registration where applicable.

9. Corrections And Revisions
Minor corrections may be requested within a reasonable period after delivery. Substantial changes, expanded research, additional records, redesigned certificates, certified copies, translations, legal review or new editions may require additional fees.

10. Refunds And Return Policies
Because Originalibus services are custom-made and begin processing after purchase, refunds may be limited once the review, registry, certificate preparation or NFT issuance process has started. Any Five-Year Return Policy applies only to eligible Founder Continuity Certificates and is subject to registry status, programme conditions, verification and formal acceptance by the issuing system.

11. Legal And Regulatory Disclaimer
Originalibus does not provide legal, tax, financial, investment, inheritance, valuation or intellectual property advice. Users should obtain independent professional advice where legal ownership, succession, taxation, licensing, transfer, valuation or official recognition is relevant.

12. Limitation Of Liability
Originalibus is not liable for loss of materials caused by user error, incomplete submissions, incorrect information, third-party platform failures, blockchain network issues, wallet access loss, marketplace decisions, legal disputes, external rejection, public authority decisions or future market conditions.

13. Governing Use
The website, certificates, records, content and services must be used lawfully, respectfully and consistently with the purpose of heritage preservation, documentary continuity and institutional trust.

14. Changes To These Terms
Originalibus may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase or service request will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
