Each Founder Continuity Certificate is registered as an NFT-based digital certificate, creating a unique, traceable and collectible registry reference linked to the holder’s declared identity, origin, story, brand, archive or institutional contribution. The NFT functions as a digital registry layer for certification, traceability and continuity.

All purchases are subject to identity and registry verification before final issuance. The certificate is a patrimonial, documentary and continuity record; it is not a financial instrument, security, shareholding interest or guarantee of future economic return. Any future listing, exchange, licensing, transfer or marketplace placement remains optional and subject to holder decision, platform terms, legal requirements and programme conditions.

The Five-Year Return Policy may apply only to eligible certificates, subject to verification, registry status, programme conditions and formal acceptance by the issuing system. Delivery times may vary depending on information provided, documentation review, NFT issuance and registry completion.

Because each Founder Continuity Certificate is individually reviewed, registered and prepared for NFT-based digital issuance, processing time is required. Standard delivery takes 3 to 7 working days, depending on the information provided, documentation review, registry agenda, custodial setup and coordination with the external technical provider.

The Founder Continuity Certificate is issued as part of the Initial Launch Package and includes registry, certification, traceability reference, custody reference, NFT-based digital registration through an external technical provider, and access to the Originalibus Preservation Kit. Each certificate is first created within an unlisted private collection and then transferred to the designated custodial account.
