How It Works

1. Choose the Origin or Legacy to Register
   Select the story, personal trajectory, family memory, contribution, brand origin, small archive, document group, or early claim of origin you want to formally record.

2. Purchase the Legacy Entry File
   The package opens your first-level registration and secures your entry into the Originalibus system.

3. Receive the Onboarding Materials
   Originalibus sends the forms, basic documentation guide, entry intake sheet, and instructions to organize your initial information.

4. Submit the Essential Information
   You provide the basic data, brief origin note, supporting photographs, documents, references, brand or work description, and any relevant material connected to the legacy being registered.

5. File Review and Structuring
   The operational team reviews the material, organizes the evidence, prepares the basic origin file, and structures the registration dossier.

6. Submission to Registration Office
   Once the dossier is complete, it is submitted within the Originalibus + BDF registration and custody system.

7. Certificate Issuance
   You receive the Legacy Entry Certificate, unique registration number, traceability reference, and BDF documentary custody confirmation.

8. Entry Preservation Kit
   The package includes a basic preservation structure for organizing origin notes, photographs, documents, references, and future updates related to the registered legacy.

9. Optional Upgrade Path
   The Legacy Entry File can later be expanded into a Family Legacy, Company Legacy, Community Builders, Essential Collector, Single Piece, or Institutional package.

10. Optional NFT Transfer and Annual Report
    The digital NFT reference may remain under Originalibus + BDF custody, or it may be transferred to your own compatible wallet for a minimal additional cost. You may also request an annual continuity, archive, provenance, or intangible asset report.
