Single Piece Registry

Individual Object Registration Package

$980.00

A single piece can carry far more than material value: it can hold origin, provenance, memory, authorship, rarity, cultural meaning or personal history. The Single Piece Registry is designed for collectors, families, artists, brands, galleries, private custodians and institutions that want to register one specific object, artwork, photograph, document, edition, archive piece, collectible item or cultural asset inside the Originalibus + EHH continuity system, with BDF acting as custodial reference. It gives the piece a formal record, traceability, NFT-based digital registration and a clear foundation for preservation, private exchange, exhibition, licensing, gifting, succession or future collectible use.

Closing Paragraph

A meaningful piece becomes stronger when its origin, story and evidence are properly documented. The Single Piece Registry gives one object a formal place inside the continuity system, helping the holder preserve its identity, strengthen its traceability and prepare it for future recognition, exchange, exhibition or inheritance.

The Single Piece Registry is a custom registration package designed for one specific object, artwork, photograph, document, edition, archive piece, collectible item or cultural asset. Each piece is individually reviewed and structured according to the material provided, including photographs, provenance notes, certificates, acquisition records, descriptions, stories or supporting evidence.

This package includes NFT-based digital registration through a specialized external technical provider, with BDF acting as the custodial reference for supporting documentation and continuity records. Once the package is purchased, the holder will receive an introductory email with the requested information, intake instructions and submission guidelines required to begin the registration process.

Because each piece is reviewed and registered individually, standard processing time is 3 to 7 working days from receipt of the required information, depending on documentation quality, registry agenda, custodial setup and NFT issuance coordination.
