Each piece is individually reviewed and structured according to the material provided, including photographs, provenance notes, certificates, acquisition records, descriptions, stories or supporting evidence.

This package includes NFT-based digital registration through a specialized external technical provider, with BDF acting as the custodial reference for supporting documentation and continuity records. Once the package is purchased, the holder will receive an introductory email with the requested information, intake instructions and submission guidelines required to begin the registration process.

Because each piece is reviewed and registered individually, standard processing time is 3 to 7 working days from receipt of the required information, depending on documentation quality, registry agenda, custodial setup and NFT issuance coordination.

  1. Select the Piece to Register
    Choose the object, artwork, document, photograph, artifact, collectible, design, manuscript, heirloom, or other single item to be registered.

  2. Purchase the Single Piece Registration
    The package opens the registration process and assigns the item file for onboarding.

  3. Receive the Onboarding Materials
    Originalibus sends the required forms, documentation guide, item intake sheet, and instructions to organize the initial information.

  4. Submit Item Information
    The owner provides the basic data, item description, origin story, photographs, dimensions, materials, condition notes, provenance references, ownership declaration, and any relevant supporting documents.

  5. File Review and Structuring
    The operational team reviews the submitted material, organizes the evidence, prepares the item origin file, and structures the registration dossier.

  6. Submission to Registration Office
    Once the dossier is complete, it is submitted within the Originalibus + BDF registration and custody system.

  7. Certificate Issuance
    The owner receives the Single Piece Registration Certificate, unique registration number, traceability reference, and BDF documentary custody confirmation.

  8. Piece Preservation Kit
    The package includes a basic preservation structure for organizing photographs, documents, provenance notes, condition updates, ownership history, and future records.

  9. Optional NFT Transfer
    The digital NFT reference may remain under Originalibus + BDF custody, or it may be transferred to the owner’s own compatible wallet for a minimal additional cost.

  10. Optional Annual Report
    The owner may request an annual continuity, provenance, condition, or intangible asset report to document updates, custody history, ownership references, and future recognition.
